In French

Dorice has a cat whose best friend is a mouse named Hector. She is troubled by the sudden passing of her neighbour, Mr. Nicolas. Among all the stories surrounding his demise, Dorice’s imagination is sparked by the rumour suggesting that Mr. Nicolas had died of a broken heart because his life had been a failure.

She is convinced that you must succeed in life if you don’t want to die of a broken heart. She convinces her friend Hector to set off in search of people who seem to enjoy an enviable fate, hoping she can discover their secrets to a successful life. During their quest, they meet a wealthy businessman, an internationally successful pop singer, a cheerful short-order cook, and an old hermit who lives in a cave, before finally reaching the pinnacle of their journey when they get to talk with the Sun and the Moon. . .
