Set in an apocalyptic world, four physically disabled characters unravel and kill time as they head towards an illusive end. Based on the tragicomic world in Endgame by playwright Samuel Beckett, the play combines puppet and live-actor theatre with shadow puppetry. In this small, confined space, we witness a parody of conventions, closely resembling theatre of the absurd.

Running Time: 60 minutes
Techniques: Tabletop Puppets, Actors and Shadow Puppetry

Tenon Mortaise was founded in 1996 as a company devoted to research and creation, which creates, produces and performs theatrical shows. The company breaks with traditional theatrical conventions, preferring an interdisciplinary approach at the crossroads of various genres, combining theatre, mime, dance, puppet theatre and shadow puppetry with visual arts and video. Their productions, steeped in poetry, are suited for family and adult audiences.
